The history of the Dominican Republic is an interesting one. Incredibly enough Christopher Columbus, or Colon in Spanish, did not discover present-day North America but instead discovered the Dominican Republic. In fact, the city of Santo Domingo was the first real European settlement in the Americas, having been founded more than 500 years ago long before the English founded the Massachusetts Bay Colony in the  the United States

The North Shore of the Dominican Republic is one of the most popular tourist areas on the island. Packed with resorts, this area is known for its beautiful beaches, world-class golf courses, and international sporting events. Dream City is located in Sosua, in the province of Puerto Plata.

Dream City is planned to be a mixed-use, residential and commercial community in the Northern Coast of the Dominican Republic.

DREAM CITY – VISION AND CONCEPT

Dream City Caribbean Resort and Residences is a new concept in Resort Style Living. It will consist of interconnected neighborhoods that provide its guests and residents a feeling of security, luxury, harmony, and pride.

These neighborhoods will include affordable villas, condominiums, and hotels of various levels of size and refinement, all of which will have access to world-class amenities.

In addition to the hotel rooms, the villas, and condominiums will be available to rent, offering a much different vacation experience to our short-term guests. All needs and wants of our guests and residents have been accounted for: shopping, dining, and entertainment will be available in our numerous commercial areas. Connection to the world through high-speed internet and IP Phone service.

Amenities for Fitness, sports, and social interaction will be available in our expansive outdoor spaces and Medical services at the on-site Medical Center.

Transportation to the airport and neighboring beaches and towns will be available from our Car Rental and Transportation Center.

Even day to day chores such as cooking, cleaning, and home maintenance can be provided by the Dream City staff.

Dream City will be located in the Caribbean on one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world in the Province of Puerto Plata on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. Just 743 miles Southeast of Miami and is between Cuba to the west and Puerto Rico to the east. Strategically located only 5 minutes away from Puerto Plata International Airport and an hour and a half drive from the Santiago International Airport. Due to its perfect climate, beautiful beaches, genuinely warmhearted residents and inexpensive real estate, healthcare, food and accommodations for tourists, The Dominican Republic, is the most traveled to and popular destination in all the Caribbean.
